Pastors need pastors - you may have heard this before and it couldn't be more true! Mentorship and support go hand in hand with growth. Leadership can be isolating, but it’s through support, mentorship, and collaboration that we grow stronger.💪🏼 More often than not, we need someone to help push us out of our comfort zones and encourage us in the process. We can’t lead effectively without being challenged, stretched, and held accountable. Here at Harvest Ministry Network we are on a mission to come alongside leaders - to encourage, empower and equip them for Spirit-led ministry. Over the last 25+ years we have walked through many seasons of leadership so it's truly a blessing to be able to build this network community and support leaders in very practical ways.
